History Fair
Tuesday November 11, 2025, 6:30-8:00pm
Bible Fellowship Church,
808 S Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, DE 19702
The annual Tri-State History Fair is the perfect opportunity for your student to follow a rabbit trail of history, convey what they've learned and practice public speaking. Follow their interest and choose from a:
-
Character: Students can be in character/costume (anyone, dead or alive, real or make believe) and deliver a short speech about that person. They should also create a display about their person.
-
Event: Create a display and speak to a specific historical event.
-
Time period: Create a display and speak to a specific time period of interest.
The variety of interests demonstrated at previous years' events has been amazing!
Entries are free for Tri-State members (you can join here anytime), or are $5/entry for non-members. Everyone is invited to come attend for free and see the variety of displays!
The Delaware Historical Society and 1st Delaware Regiment will also be there with displays.
