After registration, we are not able to offer full refunds or cancellations. If you become unable to attend or would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact us.

Child care is not provided at the Delaware Home Education Convention. Parents are responsible for their children throughout the convention.

When you attend the Delaware Home Education Convention, you will be in an area where photography, videography, and/or audio recording may (and almost certainly will) occur. Tri-State Homeschool Inc. will take photos and video, but in the age of the modern smartphone, your fellow attendees likely will as well.

By entering the Delaware Home Education Convention, you:

• Consent to photography, video recording and audio recording

• The release, publication, reproduction, or exhibition of the same for the purposes of advertising in any format or any other purpose as required by Tri-State Homeschool Inc.

• You release Tri-State Homeschool Inc., its officers, and any representatives involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publicizing of photography, video recording and audio recording.

• Waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties related to publication in any form of these materials.

• Waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Tri-State Homeschool Inc., its officers, and any representatives.
